(1) Vendor needs to provide private transportation services to the government authority located in Tarboro, NC. – Provide private transportation service to transport special needs, displaced or homeless students and Pre–K students to and from designated locations. • Transportation requirements:– Daily transportation for displaced students, special needs students and Pre–K students.– Accommodations for wheelchairs, harnesses, car seats, and other equipment as necessary.– Electronic recording devices shall be included in all vehicles during the transporting of students of the agency and agrees to share the recordings if requested by the agency.• Operational requirements:– Timely service adhering to established pick–up/drop–off schedules.– Communication protocols for delays, emergencies, or route changes.– Provision of a dedicated contact for addressing concerns or emergencies including names, emails and phone numbers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
