(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Covington, KY. – Clean and sanitize all toilet bowls, toilet seats, urinals and sinks.– Clean and sanitize exterior sides of toilets, urinals and sinks.– Spot clean glass on all entrance and exit doors and between offices.– Empty trash cans and install new liners.– Clean, sanitize and polish all chrome fixtures on sinks, toilets and urinals.– Clean mirror glass. – Vacuum all carpeted areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
