(1) Vendor needs to provide public mass transportation services to the government authority located in Richland, WA.– Launch a place–based public art initiative designed to elevate civic pride, cultural identity, and regional storytelling.– High school student program into an open, professionally fitted, fleet–wide art initiative.– Foster regional pride and cross–community connection.– Engage diverse local artists, including youth and underrepresented voices.– Organize an evaluation panel to review portfolios and concept summaries against the established evaluation criteria.– Artist will develop an original bus wrap design representing the assigned city.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.(3) A non mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 19, 2026.
