Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide adult recovery court services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – The Adult recovery court program shall be serving two distinct justice populations, adult offenders referred through adult drug court and adult offenders referred to behavioral health services.– Collaborative adult recovery court program shall include regular court appearances before a Judge, regular and random urinalysis or oral swab drug testing, individual and group therapy, and regular attendance at self–help services.– Services shall include behavioral health care that is client– and family–centered, trauma informed, outcomes–driven.– Inclusive of evidence–based treatment practices and recovery service approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) specifically designed to address criminogenic needs.– Physician consultation for drug court participants.– Care coordination with mental health for drug court participants.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on August 14, 2026.
