(1) Vendor needs to provide double–sided digital led monument sign service.• The sign will be used to communicate community events, public information, City programs,announcements, emergency or public–service information, and other City–approved messages.• Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, mounting systems, monument structure,LED message center, communications hardware, software, training, warranties, andincidentals required for a fully functional installation unless an item is specificallyidentified as excluded.• Develop a professional monument–sign concept appropriate for a municipal/community setting• Provide a color rendering showing the proposed finished sign, including dimensions, colors, materials, City identification, LED display placement, and monument/base design.• Provide and fabricate the complete monument structure and double–sided digital LED message center.• Provide all required structural supports, anchoring, foundation/footing work, mounting hardware, cabinets, controllers, communications equipment, and related components.• Install and configure the operating software and wireless communications system.• Test all display, dimming, date/time/temperature, communication, scheduling, and message functions.• Provide on–site or live instructor–led training for designated City employees.• Clean the site and remove installation debris upon completion.• Full–color outdoor LED electronic message center.• Each LED display face shall not exceed 36 inches high x 72 inches wide.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
