Description
Für das Bauvorhaben ist eine mobile, fahrbare Netzersatzanlage (NEA) bereitzustellen, die bei Stromausfall automatisch startet und die sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen, insbesondere die Feuerwehrtechnik im Untergeschoss 2, unterbrechungsfrei versorgt. Eine ständige und ausfallsichere Nachbetankung ist sicherzustellen. Die Bereitstellung, Installation, Anbindung und der sichere Betrieb der NEA müssen gemäß allen geltenden technischen Regeln und behördlichen Vorgaben erfolgen. Für die NEA steht ein fester Aufstellort mit den Maßen 8,0 m × 2,6 m zur Verfügung. Aufgrund der engen Platzverhältnisse und der eingeschränkten Zuwegung ist eine mobile Anhängervariante zwingend erforderlich. Ein Kran darf nicht eingesetzt werden; die NEA muss in den Innenhof geschoben oder gefahren werden können. Randbedingungen für Anlieferung und Einbringen: Seitliche Zugänge: max. Durchfahrtshöhe 2,8 m Rückwärtige Anfahrt: möglich, jedoch einspurige Straße (3,5 m Breite) und eingeschränkter Wenderadius
