EXTRA-77840 - USA (Newark, Ohio) - Corridor Planning Study Services - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide corridor planning study services to the government authority located in Newark, OH.– Project Management & Coordination• Ongoing coordination with affected jurisdictions and relevant agencies.• Monthly progress reports (work performed; upcoming milestones; scope/schedule/budget status; risks and mitigation), monthly invoicing, and regular virtual check–ins with staff– Data Collection & Existing Conditions• Compile existing AM/PM peak turning–movement counts and roadway/geometric data for the corridor and the three intersections.• Identify additional traffic count data needed for the study– Environmental Area Definition & Red Flag Summary• Define the environmental study area for the corridor and the range of concepts under consideration– Recommended Corridor Strategy• Recommend a corridor strategy from the screened concepts, supported by a screening–level comparison matrix across relevant disciplines (safety; traffic/capacity; roadway; structural; Maintenance of Traffic; conceptual Right of Way/footprint; geotechnical; utilities/railroad; environmental; cost)(2) A pre–submittal meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
