(1) Vendor needs to provide professional surveying services to the government authority located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. • Provides high resolution aerial imagery with topographic information at 1–foot contour intervals. • Identifies the location of the three (3) pipelines within the easement based on mark–out field location activities conducted by staff• Provides detailed 1–inch = 40 foot base maps that will serve as the foundation of future capital project designs• Base Mapping: Base mapping shall be prepared on a scale of 1–inch = 40–feet, and one–foot contour intervals throughout the project area.• Width of Survey: Length of the easements associated with the parallel pipelines associated with this project is approximately 5,000 feet.• Aerial Survey: An Aerial Survey shall be conducted to provide the information needed to compile the data needed(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sept. 17, 2026(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Sept. 10, 2026
