(1) Vendor needs to provide project management consultant services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Program and project management:– Develop and maintain the project management plan in accordance with requirements, including a project description, task and subtask structure, project schedule, milestone descriptions, staffing table, and project budget.– Assist in maintaining the data management plan in accordance with and public access plan requirements, including data description, data access policies, and data storage and retention approach.– Procurement support:– API access for data exchange with third–party systems including CAD/AVL, scheduling software, and mobility on demand platforms.– Support for ingestion of real–time data feeds including vehicle location, on–time performance, and passenger counts.– Route and stop management:– Create, modify, and manage transit route lines and stops.– Display stops on a route including stop names, distances between stops, and other stop attributes.– Geospatial analysis and visualization:– Geospatial analysis of underlying data such as census and demographic data.– Isochrone and accessibility analysis showing areas reachable by transit within defined time thresholds.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 7, 2026.
