TRANSPORT-11434 - USA (Texas) - Emergency Freight Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency freight services to the government authority located in Texas.– Provide services for emergency pickup and delivery for freight and courier transportation between designated locations throughout the state in the event of a natural disaster or declared emergency.– Provide a primary point of contact with telephone and fax number for services and an emergency number that is answered 24 hours per day, seven days per week.– Have the ability to dispatch drivers 24 hours per day, seven days per week.– Conduct driver license checks annually on vendor staff that drive to and from work locations to verify compliance.– Provide structurally sound, sufficiently powered trucks, truck–tractors, small van, and companion trailers to transport the required loads legally on the state highway system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on Jul 8, 2026.
