DE-5398 - USA (Michigan) - Police Records Digitization Service - Deadline June 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide police records digitization service. – Services shall include, as applicable, records pickup or on–site mobilization, inventory and tracking, document preparation, scanning, image capture, indexing, quality control, secure file delivery, and return of original materials or secure destruction if expressly authorized.– Provide scanned images in a searchable and organized format acceptable, together with an indexing structure sufficient to identify and retrieve records efficiently.– Implement quality control procedures to verify image legibility, completeness, proper orientation, file naming accuracy, indexing accuracy, and reconciliation of scanned files to the source inventory.– Prior experience with digitizing and cataloging microfilm is required.– Complete the digitization of archived police department records.– Security and chain of custody.– Document scanning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.         (3) Pre–proposal onsite visit will be held on June 23, 2026.
