EQU-20122 - USA (Albany, New York) - Decentrilization Services - Deadline November 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide decentrilization services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Coordinate all work with Psychiatric Center representatives.– Protect existing buildings, utilities, equipment, finishes, and occupied areas from damage during construction.– Coordinate all shutdowns, interruptions, and connections to existing building systems with the Facility prior to performing the work.– Provide all cutting, patching, supports, sleeves, penetrations, firestopping, sealing, and restoration required to complete the work unless specifically indicated otherwise.– Remove and legally dispose of demolition debris and equipment designated for disposal.– Maintain the work areas in a clean and safe condition throughout construction.– Provide all testing, startup, adjustment, and commissioning necessary to demonstrate that newly installed equipment and systems are operating as intended.– Restore areas disturbed by the work to a condition equal to or better than the condition existing prior to construction.
