(1) Vendor needs to provide appraisal services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Provide a variety of professional appraisal services on an as–needed, on–call basis– Appraisal services are needed to prepare detailed valuation reports for various real properties to include, but not limited to, commercial, industrial and residential properties related to agency business interests.– Appraisal services are typically required for establishing, adjusting and reviewing the value of real property for acquisitions, dispositions, rental rates and possible pre–condemnation cases when they arise.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
