DRA-10980 - USA (Palatka, Florida) - Restoration Strategies Study Service - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide restoration strategies study service to the government authority located in Palatka, FL.    – This task focuses on collection and review of all existing environmental data, future restoration efforts, previous ecological studies and findings, lake or basin feasibility studies, and an evaluation of any other existing information that could be used for this study.– The study must include to options to remove or mitigate nutrients and invasive species and explore the impacts of raising the average lake level and increasing the depth in some or all areas of the lakes.– Potential environmental impacts to water quality, water supply, and to native wildlife and aquatic plants.– Potential economic impacts to property value for surrounding properties and to surrounding businesses.– Any potential effects to opportunities for recreational activities, which shall include fishing and hunting.– Cost–benefit analysis conducted in accordance with a methodology submitted to and approved.– Local government data including reports, models, management or basin studies, etc.     – Potential economic impacts to property value for surrounding and downstream properties and to surrounding businesses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.
