(1) Vendor needs to provide production of entertainment service for 2026 special events calendar.– Include all related costs, i.e., air and ground transportation, back–line equipment, sound equipment, sound engineer, out–of–pocket costs, etc.– Innovative, creative and include a variety of performers of high artistic quality.– Include attractions that appeal to the diverse population of county and a family friendly demographic.– Provide a stage that is wired for microphones and recorded sound. Electrical outlets are available for use.– Refreshments will only include cold water.– Providing comprehensive services to include securing artists, sound system, and sound engineer when requested.
