Description
The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified contractors in providing one custom outdoor digital kiosk system for public meeting agendas and legal notices, which includes training, maintenance and support for a term of 5 years to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion. The City of Santa Monica’s City Clerk’s Office seeks a custom outdoor digital signage system to post and manage the City’s public meeting agendas and legal notices, and to streamline/automate related processes to post this information. There are three components to this project: fabrication of the kiosk, initial setup of data/software, and installation of the kiosk with potential demolition/construction of existing kiosk foundation.
