EXTRA-76935 - USA (Newark, New Jersey) - Continuum of Care Planning and Consulting Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide continuum of care planning and consulting services to the government authority located in Newark, NJ. – Support integration of application in Continuum of Care (CoC) meetings – provide technical assistance and support to the CoC lead agency and CoC executive committee on areas of focus from the CoC application. – Preparation of annual CoC application – Prepare the annual continuum of care application submitted to agency.– Coordination of local project selection process – Work with agency to update the local application process for agencies interested in receiving CoC funds. – Monitoring CoC project performance – Coordinate the monitoring process for all CoC funded programs. – Complete Point in Time (PIT) Reporting– Complete Housing Inventory Count (HIC) Reporting – Complete system performance reporting(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
