EXTRA-79084 - USA (San Francisco, California) - Housing and Navigation Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide housing and navigation services to individuals transitioning from incarceration to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– To provide Housing, Expungement and Recovery through Treatment & Support Services program services to criminal justice–involved adults with substance use disorder and mental health issues, including but not limited to Latine and Spanish monolingual clients.– The project will achieve its goals by connecting individuals with culturally responsive, trauma–informed housing assistance, treatment, diversion, expungement services and peer navigation support delivered by city agencies/departments and agency rooted in community.– To reduce recidivism by providing housing and navigation support to individuals returning from incarceration, by providing comprehensive reentry support.– Provide housing navigation, case management, peer support, and related reentry services.(2) A virtual pre–bid conference will be held on November 6, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
