Pettis Park Pavilion

The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (the “City”) is requesting electronic sealed bids from qualified and licensed State of Florida Contractors to procure and install a pavilion within Pettis Park located at located 800 Mary Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida, 32168. Additional information is provided in Section V of this document. All required documents shall be completed and submitted through the City's eProcurement Portal. If an award is made it shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this document. The City shall not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the proposals received. The successful proposer will hereinafter be referred to as the "Contractor".
