(1) Vendor needs to provide safety division training service to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA. – Provide comprehensive safety training programs for agency employees, ensuring compliance with municipal policies, Cal/OSHA standards, and departmental operating procedures.– The goal is to reduce workplace incidents, strengthen citywide safety culture, and maintain readiness for public service responsibilities.– Training will be customized by department, and may include:1. Operational Departments (Public Works, Water & Power, Transportation)• Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)• Heavy equipment safety (forklifts, loaders, trenching equipment)• Traffic control flagging and work zone safety• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures• Confined space entry• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use and requirements2. Administrative & Public–Facing Departments• Office safety (slips, trips, falls, workstation setup)• Customer–facing safety awareness• Active threat and security awareness• Fire extinguisher training(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
