EXTRA-74196 - USA (Grand Rapids, Michigan) - Interior and Exterior Pest Control Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide interior and exterior pest control services to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI. – The Contractor shall maintain accurate records on sightings, infestations and recommendations for each building covered under the monthly general pest control plan. – Integrated methods, site or pest inspections, pest population monitoring, an evaluation of the need for pest control and one or more pest control methods, including sanitation, structural repairs, mechanical and living biological controls, other non–chemical methods, and, if nontoxic options are unreasonable and have been exhausted, a least toxic pesticide.– The intent of green pest management services is to reduce exposure of building occupants and maintenance personnel to potentially hazardous chemical, biological and particle contaminants, which adversely impact air quality, health, building finishes, building systems and the environment.– Green Pest Management Services is comprised of four basic components which include sanitation, management, biological control, least toxic chemical pesticides, and minimum use of chemicals. – Pest sightings log book.– Housekeeping.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
