(1) Vendor needs to provide video management system to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide design, furnish, install, integrate, test, and commission a modern, IP–based video surveillance system.– Implement and configure AI–based perimeter detection capabilities utilizing the procured AI software solution package.– AI systems shall be configured to actively monitor the defined exterior and rooftop perimeter zones for unauthorized entry, loitering, and anomalous behavior, providing immediate alerts to personnel.– Project includes the installation of at least twenty–six new cameras at designated locations, using existing conduit and mounts where feasible, and creating new non– or minimally–invasive mounts as needed.– Switches shall be Cisco or dedicated hybrid fiber copper switches or equivalent.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
