The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (Procuring Agency), Brownfields Assistance Program (BAP), will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) until 1:00 p.m. MT on November 3, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system from licensed engineers and planners for FY26 Community-Wide Brownfields Assessment throughout the state of WY. Project Description: Implementing BAP’s FY26 Community-Wide Assessment Grant award, statewide, through preparing site redevelopment and reuse plans, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and site cleanup plans, in addition to assisting the BAP with public outreach and community engagement activities. Questions received after 3:00 p.m. on October 22, 2026, will not be addressed.
