(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation consultant demand professional services to the government authority located in Lawrenceville, GA.– Develop, refine and apply the multimodal travel demand model. – Use refined and specialized travel demand models such as mesoscopic and microscopic models, various network analysis models, simulation software and GIS systems to plan transportation improvements.–These surveys will generally include right of way and deed research, topographic and field surveys, engineering surveys, boundary surveys, as–built surveys, construction and right of way staking / pin placement, surveys depicting right of way and/or easement area, construction verification surveys and professional opinions, and designation and location of above ground utilities.– The consultant shall provide services for Traffic Signal and ATMS Design, Traffic Studies, Traffic Signal Timing Optimization, and operate as an Extension of Staff.– The Traffic Signal Design services can include new signal locations and modifications for construction or scheduled rebuilds at various existing signalized locations.– The Traffic Signal Timing Optimization services can include development and preparation, signal software database modifications, field implementation and verification, and fine–tuning adjustments to new coordination plans on various arterial and signal systems as required.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 13, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.
