LEGAL-17333 - USA (Lebanon, Indiana) - Legal Representation and Advisory Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal representation and advisory services to the government authority located in Lebanon, IN.– The selected legal counsel will be expected to provide services including, but not limited to:• General legal advice — Guidance on statutory obligations, county governance, and procedural matters.• Meeting attendance — Attend monthly Council meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. in the Connie Lamar Room and additional special meetings and executive sessions as requested.• Document review — Drafting, reviewing, and advising on ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and policies• Compliance monitoring — Ensuring adherence to Indiana state law, federal regulations, and local ordinances(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026
