(1) Vendor needs to provide technical and programmatic support services to the government authority located in Alabama.– To provide technical and programmatic support services (TPSS) to the Cybersecurity (CS), Electronic Security Systems (ESS), and Utility Monitoring and Control System (UMCS) programs as well as other related electronic and mechanical systems.– The Electronic Security Systems (ESS); physical security and/or force protection measures; automated control systems such as Building Automation Systems (BAS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), life safety systems, chemical / biological / radiological detection / response systems, and Mass Notification Systems (MNS); Access Control Program (ACPgM) applications such as guard booths, overspeed and wrong way detection, and traffic control equipment; and other facilities related electronic systems.
