(1) Vendor needs to provide superintendent search firms services to the government authority located in Missouri. – Provide consulting services for a search for a superintendent of schools.– Seeks to retain a search firm or individual with demonstrated success in superintendent recruitment and the ability to support a governance–led process grounded in the district's mission, vision, core values, and comprehensive school improvement plan.– Develop and carry out a superintendent of schools search process aligned with the board's governance responsibilities and strategic direction.– Selected firm or individual must provide the following services:– Advisory services to the Board of Education– Generation of the position description and qualifications– Identification and assessment of candidates– Assisting the Board of Education with prescreening candidates– Assisting with the logistics of finalist interviews– Ensuring a satisfactory conclusion to the search– Designing and facilitating structured community and stakeholder engagement– Conducting independent due diligence and candidate vetting– Maintaining confidentiality throughout the search(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
