RFQ #FPARC-421 - GENERATOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services Department, on behalf of Fire Department, invites qualified contractors to provide preventive maintenance, testing, emergency response, and authorized repair services for approximately 37 County-owned generators located throughout Riverside County. The generator inventory, locations and required services are identified in Exhibit B- Generator Service Price Schedule, with applicable services specified in Exhibit A, Sections 4 through 6. Bidders may submit a response for one, multiple, or all geographical service areas identified in Exhibit D-Service Areas. The County intends to award each service area the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder qualified to serve that area. The County reserves the right to award one or more agreements. An agreement awarded under this RFQ does not guarantee the awarded contractor an exclusive service area, a minimum number of service calls, a minimum amount of work, or any minimum compensation. 1.
