(1) Vendor needs to provide co–managed information technology (IT) services to the government authority located in Willows, CA. – Providing advanced infrastructure support, cybersecurity services, escalation support, public safety technology support, website support, vendor coordination, strategic planning, lifecycle planning, project delivery, reporting, and related technology consulting services.– Provide managed technology consulting and co–managed information technology services.– Microsoft 365 administration manage routine tenant operations, including user provisioning, licensing, mailboxes, and SharePoint and Teams access.– Structured escalation: route core network routing, global M365 security policies, advanced ERP database integrations, cybersecurity incidents, and restricted public safety environments to the consultant.– Provide ongoing Drupal website management and technical support, including hosting, CMS administration, security updates, performance optimization, backup and recovery, content support, analytics, troubleshooting, and coordination with staff and website content owners.– Advanced infrastructure oversight manage core network routing, switches, firewalls, server architecture, and advanced virtualization layers.– Provide 24/7/365 SOC monitoring, threat containment, incident response, and global M365 security policy tuning.– Advanced infrastructure oversight: manage core network routing, switches, firewalls, server architecture, and advanced virtualization layers.– Network infrastructure, including switching, routing, firewall, VPN, wireless, Internet, and WAN connectivity.– Microsoft 365, cloud, identity, and AI services.– Strategic planning and advisory services.– Endpoint detection and response (EDR) or equivalent endpoint security services.– Provide clear procedures for handoff, escalation, resolution, and documentation.– Support continuous improvement of internal IT capabilities.– Provide end–user troubleshooting, diagnostic resolution, and device provisioning. – Website services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
