(1) Vendor needs to provide managed it services to the government authority located in Des Moines, WA. – To provide managed IT services across the entire IPS network – all five school buildings and hybrid network staff – including Tier 1/2 help–desk support, remote system administration, account provisioning and de–provisioning, device repair and hardware support, technology project execution, technology advisory support, and end–user documentation and recorded training, together with support. • Help–desk support for staff and students across all sites and Home Office, including troubleshooting of software, hardware, and classroom technology (including printers and mobile devices) and recommendations for equipment replacement and upgrades.• Ticketing management: operation of the ticketing system, including escalation to the appropriate parties, technician notes on every ticket, and communication of status to the requester. • Account provisioning for new employees and students, including onboarding and offboarding/deactivation.• Provisioning automation: designing, implementing, and maintaining automated account provisioning and de–provisioning that syncs accounts from Skyward and Google Workspace to connected systems (e.g., Clever, Microsoft 365/Azure, and Slack, as applicable), including monitoring and error handling.• Remote system administration: Google Workspace/Admin Console (MDM), Microsoft 365, Slack, Clever, learning applications, Azure account provisioning/de–provisioning, and administration of internet content filtering.• Device deployment cycles: summer and back–to–school device setup, enrollment, and distribution, and end–of–year collection and inspection• Software license management: maintaining an inventory of software licenses and renewal dates, identifying unused or underused licenses, and advising agency on renewals.• End–user documentation and recorded training: self–service knowledge base articles, new–hire onboarding guides, and recorded training (e.g., short videos) on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Clever apps for school staff, including updating existing documentation and recorded training as systems and processes change. Live training sessions are not requested.• Privacy–compliance audits across instructional software.(2) All questions had been submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
