(1) Vendor needs to provide technical consulting services for battery energy storage systems to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.– Provide a technical review specific to battery energy storage systems (BESS), specifically to include lithium–ion and other battery storage technologies.– Review and ensure compliance with applicable codes.– Review application for conditional use permit (CUP) to determine completeness of application.– Smoke and gas plume analysis.– Hazard mitigation plan.– Emergency operations and response plans.– Construction plans, technical data and information provided by applicant.– Fire protection measures and technologies applicable to lithium–io and other types of storage systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
