EXTRA-72028 - USA (Indianapolis, Indiana) - Emergency Damage Restoration Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency damage restoration services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Provide emergency and non–emergency disaster services and repair 24 hours 7 days per week on an on–call basis for city building units.– Repairs and restoration should cover damage from water, fire, Mold, wind, vandalism and any other structural elements which require repairs to buildings and other property.– Services will include but not be limited to:– Damage assessment and documentation, including photos.– Weekly progress reporting, including completion report.– Fire, Water, Wind and Smoke remediation services.– Mold testing and abatement.– Air quality testing and reporting.– Final air clearance certification.– Assets such as furniture, tools, equipment removal and storage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
