(1) Vendor needs to provide housekeeping services to the government authority located in Batavia, IL. – Routine housekeeping services.– Weekly maid services.– Dormitory room cleaning.– House and apartment cleaning.– Check–out cleaning services.– Dormitory common area cleaning.– Collection, distribution, and inventory tracking of clean and soiled linens.– Coordination with the contracted linen laundry service.– Coordination with the Fermilab Housing Office.– Reporting maintenance concerns and damages.– Supporting Housing operational requirements.– Operation and management of the Housing Linen Room, including linen inventory tracking and coordination with the contracted linen service.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
