Citywide Grant Writing and Support Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide Grant Writing and Support Services. The city intends to make multiple awards for services to be provided under this contract. The City is seeking to create a pool of contractors that specialize in the overall grant management and development process, and can provide higher level of fiscal analysis, mapping, and analytics, and can assist City staff to maximize the benefits of grant funding and complete complex applications.
