(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporter services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.– Provides the opportunity for a hearing to both day care and foster care applicants for licenses, or holders of licenses. – Provide certified court reporting and transcription services for these hearings which include the following:– Attendance at Chapter 119 administrative hearings held either via teams or in person.– Transcription of that hearing.– Provide one electronic copy via email to of the hearing’s transcript for its records.– Court reporter services must include:– Gather exhibits.– Transcribe hearing.– Provide one (1) copy of the original transcript via electronic copies emailed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
