(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud‑hosted computer aided dispatch and statewide integration services and system.– Support the implementation of a comprehensive Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) Computer Aided Dispatch system for various Inter–Facility Transport services and Community Paramedicine / Mobile Integrated Health services– Modern, cloud‑hosted Computer–Aided Dispatch platform that improves 911 call‑taking, dispatch, triage, and interfacility coordination; reduces avoidable ambulance deployments and Emergency Department utilization for low‑acuity calls; and enables data‑driven operational decision‑making across Emergency Medical Services, fire, and hospital partners– Integrated CAD solution rather than multiple standalone applications to support emergency medical dispatch and interfacility transport coordination.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
