(1) Vendor needs to provide parking access revenue and control systems. • Replace and enhance the airport’s parking access and revenue control system (parcs) across the airport campus includes the design, construction, procurement, management, and integration of infrastructure, equipment, and technology to support airport–wide parking operations.• Procurement and integration of specialized systems such as license plate recognition (LPR), automated parking guidance, valet, virtual permits, reservations, and revenue optimization, via trade packages• Implementation of new signage, wayfinding (digital/static), and lighting.• Expansion of parking guidance and mobile LPR enforcement systems, including employee permit applications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
