(1) Vendor needs to provide voice over IP (VoIP) and unified communications solution.– The successful vendor shall provide a complete turnkey solution including:• Full deployment and configuration of a VoIP/Unified Communications system• SIP trunk services• Telephone number porting services• Migration planning and cutover coordination• Testing and validation• Post–implementation support• IP desk phone deployment– The proposed solution shall support:• Minimum of 30 concurrent SIP call sessions• Scalable SIP channel capacity• Support for all existing DID ranges• E911 compliance• Failover and redundancy capabilities• Functional Requirements– The proposed system must support:– Call Routing Features:• Multi–level auto attendants• Workgroups• Hunt groups• Route points• Shared Departmental Lines• Call queues• Simultaneous and sequential ringing• Call forwarding• Find–me/follow–me functionality• Messaging and Fax:• Voicemail• Voicemail–to–email• Unified messaging• eFax functionality– Client Applications:• Desktop softphone applications• Mobile applications for iOS and Android• Presence indicators• Remote worker support– Administrative Features:• Web–based administration portal• Role–based access control• Real–time reporting and analytics• Call detail records• Call quality monitoring• System health dashboards(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026
