(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual support services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA. – Provide task order–based audio/visual support services at various agency facilities to support the operation, maintenance, modernization, and expansion of agency–wide audio–visual communication and digital signage systems. • Audio/video support services:– Maintenance and repair of the audio/video presentation equipment.– Maintenance and repair of the conferencing equipment.– Maintenance and repair of video wall solutions.– Audio–visual, presentation, special events, and conferencing support services.– Audio–visual equipment rental for special events.• Audio/video implementation services:– System engineering, integration, and implementation services– Audio–visual structured cabling engineering and installation services– Supplying audio–visual, presentation, teleconferencing, and unified communication equipment, necessary accessories, mounting hardware, etc.– Installation of audio/video presentation equipment– Installation of conferencing equipment– Installation of video wall solutions– Installation of digital signage systems– Acoustical panel installation services– Documentation services– Project management services• Training support services: provide technical expertise and presentations for functional training covering function or changes to business logic feature set, or post–upgrade configurations as requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.
