Description

The City of Tucson Housing and Community Development (HCD) Department is soliciting bids to perform site improvements at 11 property locations which will consist primarily in replacing existing deteriorated asphalt parking lots. This project will be funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Capital Fund Program. Therefore, the work performed under this contract is subject to the HUD and Section 3 terms and conditions which are included as attachments to this solicitation and incorporated into this contract. These terms and conditions cannot be modified or negotiated. By submitting a bid/offer, the Bidder/Offeror must agree to abide by the federal terms and conditions included as attachments to this solicitation.
