Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide driving range demolition service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– The Survey consisted of the collection and analysis of suspect building materials for asbestos and the evaluation of suspect materials for lead paint.– The Survey was conducted on the interior and exterior of the property building.– The Driving Range Building includes one large building with two levels.– The upper level consists of a driving range and office area.– Consistent with building demolition and renovation regulatory requirements, building material sampling was conducted regardless of the age and/or condition of the structure.– Destructive sampling was performed to evaluate suspect materials in concealed locations, e.g., flooring underlayment, utility piping, wire wrapping, etc. Historically, some underground utility piping has been known to contain asbestos (e.g., Transite pipe).(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026
