(1) Vendor needs to provide investment broker dealer services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in TX. – Provide timely, professional, transparent and responsive services designed to assist the agency in managing its investment portfolio while maintaining appropriate levels of safety, liquidity, diversification and yield. • Review and keep the college abreast of market trends and expectations:– Continuously monitor relevant financial markets, economic conditions, interest–rate environments, credit–market conditions, and other factors that may affect the agency’s investment portfolio.– Provide timely notification of significant market developments, changes in investment yields, credit conditions, or other factors that could materially affect the agency’s investment strategy.• Maintain a proficient working knowledge of the public funds investment act (PFIA).• Price execution and transaction settlement: Provide competitive bids, offers, or pricing for investment opportunities, as applicable.• Portfolio and transaction reporting: Provide the agency with accurate and timely reports concerning investment activity:– Investment transaction confirmations.– Purchases, sales, maturities, and redemptions.– Security descriptions and identifiers.– Par value and principal amounts.– Purchase price and yield.– Maturity dates.– Settlement dates.• Communication and customer service: Provide responsive service during normal business hours and timely assistance for time–sensitive investment opportunities.• Security, internal controls, and business continuity: Maintain procedures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of agency information.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
