(1) Vendor needs to provide financial management system.– Acquire a new financial management platform that will replace the on–premises functionality of our existing financial management system, Microsoft Dynamics GP (GP), and limit the need for third–party functionality.– FMS must support appropriate integration or data exchange methods with the systems, reporting environments, and business processes that currently depend on or interact with agency financial system.– Modern financial system and reducing the number of processes that currently depend on spreadsheets, manual file handling, separate approval tools, network folders, or other off–system workarounds.– Solution should provide finance users with more direct access to financial data, stronger workflow and approval capabilities, better reporting and drill–down, and a more connected operating environment.(2) Notice of intent to respond due on October 2, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
