MS-2198012 24th Street Storm Sewer Replacement - 1200 block

The projecct is located in the 1200 Block of East 24 th Street in Lawrence KS. The project is to excavate and install approximately 550 linear feet of stormwater pipe, connect to an existing inlet and install two 6’x4’ City Standard Curb Inlets. Backfill with flowable fill per city specifications. Reconstruct sidewalks, drives, curb and gutter, including saw cutting and asphalt edge street patching subsidiary to the curb and gutter installation. Remove and reset 3 mail boxes located in the existing Right of Way, provide temporary traffic controls as necessary during the construction, and provide erosion control, seeding and site restoration/finishing. Existing Water services and irrigation systems shall be adjusted and restored as necessary subsidiary to the stormwater installation.
