(1) Vendor needs to provide family support and abuse prevention services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.• Family Support and Abuse Prevention endeavors to prevent child abuse and neglect by engaging a greater number of families in supports available in their communities without having to bring these families into the child welfare system.• Family Support and Abuse Prevention program’s purpose is to provide a comprehensive, integrated continuum of strength–based, family–centered, and community–oriented resources and family support and abuse prevention services.• To provide in–home counseling services and education to children/youth to equip them with strategies and skills to reduce the risk of future victimization.• 1) Case Management and Community Outreach;2) Parent Education/Support groups;3) In–Home Individual counseling and support to children/youth; and4) Education to RCs and community agencies on understanding the nexus between developmental disability and child abuse and neglect(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026 .(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
