(1) Vendor needs to provide five9 call center software. – To renew Call Center Services for applications. – To set up a multi–extension phone line with voicemail for the Childcare Administration Tracking System Help Desk for internal staff to troubleshoot account issues.– This phone line will also be used for the Provider Portal and will allow for external customer communication. – Both of these applications require a help desk phone line in order to meet customer needs in a timely fashion.– Five9 Core – Voice Contact Center– Technical Account Management – Voice Contact Center Recording Storage(2) The contract period will be one year.
