(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan services including marketing and public media relations and management consulting service.- Conducting a comprehensive performance review to assess progress against the objectives and initiatives established in the Department’s 2023–26 Strategic Plan- Hosting, facilitating, and summarizing key stakeholder feedback- Designing Strategic Plan priorities that align with Finance’s preferred tracking method- Preparing a beautifully designed document with high quality photos- Supporting a department–wide roll–out of the Plan with graphics and printed materials to use for staff and stakeholder engagement- Designing an updated official logo for the Office of Finance and developing a comprehensive style guide for use in Plan roll–out and general departmental communications(2) A Mandatory Pre–Submittal Meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
