The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, through Government of Sindh (hereinafter called “Borrower”) financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the SELECT Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement for Request for Printing Manuals for GTs, SCs and STs Training for remaining 232 Cluster in SELECT Districts. 2. The Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh now invites sealed Quotations from eligible service provider for the procurement for Request for Printing Manuals for GTs, SCs and STs Training for remaining 232 Cluster in SELECT Districts. 3. Interested bidders/Contractors are required to submit their quotations based on the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. The RFQ document can be obtained by submitting a written request to the provided address or downloaded from the website http://rsu-sindh.goc.pk , where the notice is also available. 4. Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure as specified in the World Bank "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" July 2016 (Revised Nov 2017 and August 2018) 5. Quotations must be delivered to the following address on or before 04 August 2026 at 16:00 PM PST. Late quotations will be rejected. 6. Submission of quotations in electronic format is not allowed. Quotations must be submitted through physical means.
