RFP #216428 - Campus Exterior Signage: Design, Fabrication and Installation Services

Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide design, fabrication, and installation services for exterior campus identification signage associated with the College's transition to Wyoming State College (WYO State), effective July 1, 2027. The project includes approximately fifteen (15) signage locations across two campuses. Services shall include site assessment, signage design incorporating the College's established branding standards, preparation of fabrication and installation documents, cost estimates, implementation recommendations, and construction administration services, including review of submittals, quality control inspections, and project closeout. Respondents should also address site conditions, weather and utility considerations, and identify any proposed electrical engineering resources that may be required based on the final sign designs.
