(1) Vendor needs to provide new building construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Services include engaging in early project planning and design, identifying potential challenges, and providing solutions to mitigate risks before construction begins.– They will also involve accurately forecasting project costs, ensuring budget adherence, and providing financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.– Services will include participating in detailed evaluations of project plans to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring the project is feasible and cost–effective.– Developing and managing complex critical path schedules will be another key aspect, as it involves creating and overseeing detailed project schedules that identify critical tasks and milestones, ensuring timely project completion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.
